Just fell in love with this teeny tiny program called Piezo, that makes audio recording a snap (on your Mac). Set up the source - Web Audio, DVD Audio, any Movie’s Audio, Streaming Music, Audio Devices. Decide which quality the output should be, with just 5 settings available. Select where and under what title the final recording should be saved. That’s it. Done. Perfect. A minimalistic little sister/brother of Audio Hijack Pro and the like.
P.S.: 10 minutes per launch are free. But the 10$ after that should be worth every cent - as long as you don’t want any Pro features and like it beautiful and dead simple.
